To reserve your share of beef, there is a deposit to be paid in advance. The reservation fees are non-refundable. This non-refundable deposit is then applied to the total cost of your beef and the balance is due at time of pick-up. Use the following form to reserve your beef today.

There are two ways to buy our beef:

Purchase a quarter of a whole steer at $7.00 per pound take-home weight. Each quarter contains ¼ of the ground beef, roasts and steaks from the whole steer. A quarter of beef takes up approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space. A quarter of beef weighs approximately 100 lbs.*

A $150 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold each quarter. The deposit will be applied to the final price.

2. Purchase a smaller package of beef:

Variety pack 1: 10 lbs. Ground Beef, Roasts (approx. 6 lbs.), and Steaks (approx. 4 lbs.) – $155.00**

Variety pack 2: 10 lbs. Ground Beef and 10 lbs. (approx.) of Roasts – $140.00**

Ground Beef Pack: 20 lbs. in 1 lb. tubes – $135.00***

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your package(s). The deposit will be applied to the final price.
